Content
To get more interaction between the kitchen and the living room, the owners wanted to remove the load-bearing wall between both areas. I started by drawing their ground floor in 3D so that they could have an overview of their downstairs environment. After giving them several options, they made their choice based on my advice.

To save money, the family decided to use my advice and 3D skills to design their kitchen before shopping for a new one. As you can see in the pictures the kitchen is well designed, has enough storage space, is wheelchair friendly, designed with the correct dimensions and is efficiently furnished.
By the time the family went shopping for a new kitchen, they not only knew what price they wanted to pay but it was also easy for them to make choices because they were already made beforehand. It not only saved them time and money but also a lot of stress.
